Hi, I am Taylor!

I am Taylor, the owner and photographer at TMcCarthy Photography! I have been photographing for over eight years. My journey started when I wanted to take pictures of my sister at her cheerleading competitions, which I continued to do multiple times. As the years went on I learned more and more about sports photography. In 2016, I had families reach out to me about doing family sessions. After multiple sessions, I learned that I loved family photography as much as I did sports photography. So, in 2017 I decided to start my own business. Since I have created TMcCarthy Photography, my portfolio has grown even more. I have ventured into photographing weddings, high school seniors, football games, company events and couples! I strive to go above and beyond for my clients. I always want the client to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I am always up for a new challenge when photographing!

A little more about me! I am currently a master's student at Auburn University. I am studying Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling! I graduate August 2023. I work full time in special education, it is my passion! I love helping young adults figure out their path in life! I have a five month old puppy Marley who is my whole world. I love traveling but I especially love going to Walt Disney World!
